Step4Training strives to enhance the quality of life and capabilities of people and various groups so that they can attain their full potential in the employment market of the twenty-first century.
OUR MISSION
Step4Training’s objective is to guarantee that we contribute to economic growth by closing the skills shortage gap, fulfilling the demands of employers, and fostering thriving communities by providing our clients with a diverse choice of educational, learning, training, and development options.
OVERALL AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
To provide a variety of educational, training, and development opportunities in order to upskill local residents so that they may enter the labour force and create a successful career.
AIM 1: ACHIEVING EXCELLENCE AND QUALITY
- OB 1.1: Ensure that the centre strives for excellence in standards on a continuous basis;
- OB 1.2: Ensure that learners’ results and experiences are good; and
- OB 1.3: Involve staff development in excellence and quality frameworks.
AIM 2: PROVIDING STUDENTS WITH OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- OB 2.1: Develop best practises to promote pleasant student experiences.
- OB 2.2: Assist and support students’ and alumni’s advancement journeys.
- OB 2.3: Promote and provide students and new customers with high-quality, easily accessible training, education, and professional development options.
AIM 3: ORGANISATIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
- OB 3.1: Ascertain that S4TC is fit for purpose.
- OB 3.2: Identify continued long-term resources and finance.
- OB 3.3: Encourage collaboration with employers and stakeholders.

Director’s Message
Welcome to our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. All of our employees have contributed to its creation over the years, and we will all play a critical role in ensuring its effective implementation. This Strategic Plan is a declaration of where we want to be by 2025, how we want to get there, and how we intend to arrive, prosper, and advance.
It is not a written plan that is then forgotten. It will be supported, led, and assessed on a regular basis by an annual business planning process and key performance indicators, allowing us to track our success as we work towards our 2025 Vision.
There are considerable changes going place in the Further and Higher Education sector, such as public budget cuts and altering educational agendas, which bring important possibilities as well as problems in the years ahead.
Against this backdrop, we must never forget that Step4Training is a one-of-a-kind organisation that has evolved, adjusted, and continued to enhance people’s lives throughout the last few years. Our priorities for the next five years will be to re-define our common values, increase the efficiency of our operations, diversify our activities, and provide an exceptional student experience. We are certain that this will ensure the Centre’s unique place in the local community for many years to come.
